Courtney Fong, President
As president of Fong Construction, Courtney oversees day to day operations, estimates, and manages multiple projects. In addition, Courtney is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Courtney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Shawn estimates and manages commercial ground up, and tenant improvement projects. Shawn specializes in office and medical tenant improvements and understands what it takes to deliver a quality project on time and on budget. Shawn has over 10 years of construction management experience.

Chris Kannaday, Project Manager c. (702) 370-0971
Chris has 20 years of construction experience. He has constructed full service and quick service restaurants, bars, office tenant improvements, medical office remodels, and hotel remodels. Chris’s understanding of kitchen equipment, health department codes, and course of construction lead him to be responsible for projects featured in Spike TV’s Bar RescueLas Vegas.

Over the last 13 years Terry has built a large portfolio of experience in the Hospitality Industry. He specializes in large hotel and casino projects. This includes new build projects as well as five and ten year renovations.

Paul Jauch, Project Manager c. (702) 526-1270
From the extravagant to the mundane Paul is a tenant improvement specialist who can accommodate any of your construction needs. He has 5 years of construction experience. His projects include hospitality, retail, medical, office, and education.

Jeremy Fong, General Superintendent c. (702) 702-0814
As general superintendent, Jeremy is responsible for managing field staff, construction schedules and quality control for all Fong Construction projects. Jeremy has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Amanda Fong, Executive Operations Manager 
As Executive Operations Manager Amanda heads several departments including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and human resources. Amanda received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry.

During his nine years of construction estimating Josh has priced out everything from your basic commercial job to complex structural and civil projects. He oversees all our pricing to ensure you are consistently getting the best price based on the current market landscape. He has a Management Degree from Southeast College, Beatrice Nebraska.

Everett oversees project initiation. He has six years of experience in the construction industry. This includes 3 years working with renewable energy and LEED systems. He received a BS in Finance – Real Estate Development from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
