As president of Fong Construction, Courtney oversees day to day operations, estimates, and manages multiple projects. In addition, Courtney is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Courtney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.

Shawn estimates and manages commercial ground up, and tenant improvement projects. Shawn specializes in office and medical tenant improvements and understands what it takes to deliver a quality project on time and on budget. Shawn has over 11 years of construction management experience.

Chris has 21 years of construction experience. He has constructed full service and quick service restaurants, bars, office tenant improvements, medical office remodels, and hotel remodels. Chris’s understanding of kitchen equipment, health department codes, and course of construction lead him to be responsible for projects featured in Spike TV’s Bar Rescue – Las Vegas.

Paul began six years ago as a tenant improvement specialist. Now, in addition to working as the primary project manager for several restaurant franchises, Paul has moved into building ground up commercial buildings. Paul can accommodate any of your construction needs. His projects include hospitality, retail, medical, office, transportation, and education buildings.
Amanda Fong, Executive Operations Manager
As Executive Operations Manager Amanda heads several departments including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and human resources. Amanda received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry.
